Cactus K9 Club Dog Training Classes
CK9C classes are taught by experienced trainers and are open to the public. We teach dogs by rewarding desired behaviours and excluding use of physical or psychological intimidation. All sports related training begins with foundation curriculum that will prepare you for competition should you choose that route.

This form is an *expression of interest*. Sign up to be notified of upcoming scheduled classes and your waiting list status. If it happens that you have a scheduling conflict, you may opt to remain on the list for the next offering.

IMPORTANT: Only add your name to classes for which you have, or are currently enrolled in, the prerequisite course. For example, Agility Skill Building Level 2 requires completion of Level 1.

    Expression of Interest

    Waiver
    I hereby waive and release the Site and Cactus K9 Club, the owners/board members, employees, assistants and volunteers from any and all liability for damages or personal injury to me, my dogs or my property.

    Further, I hereby indemnify and hold harmless any private and public outdoor training locations, and Cactus K9 Club, along with the owners/board members, employees, assistants and volunteers, from any and all claims by or liability to any third party arising out of my participation in the Site and Club event.

    Any liability to anyone for any incident involving myself, the location, or those pets or actions of other participants and spectators will be my sole responsibility and I assume all financial liability and will also assume all and any financial costs associated with my actions.

    Cancellation Policy
    Registration cancellation
    You may cancel your registration to participate in a Cactus K9 event at any time. You will receive a refund, less a $10 administration fee, if a written notification of cancellation is received no later than 10 days before the start of the scheduled event.

    Extenuating Circumstances
    The Cactus K9 Club will consider a request for a refund past the cancellation deadline if medical documentation (dog or human) is provided. We encourage individuals to take advantage of the registration transfer option.

    Registration Transfer
    A confirmed registrant may transfer registration to another individual under the following conditions:
    - Email from primary registrant to cactusk9club@gmail.com to explain circumstances
    - A registration form is submitted by the new registrant indicating who is being replaced
    - Any transfer of fees is handled by the individuals involved.
    If there is a waiting list for the event, Cactus K9 Club can assist with filling the spot.
